Conference Centre Incorporating three rooms, the new Conference Centre allows for meetings for up to 32 persons and now includes a first class boardroom with seating for 12. Each room includes overhead projectors, television/ VCR’s and flipchart/ whiteboards, also included are markers, flipchart paper and coffee supplies. We now have a multimedia projector available which can be used in the new facility. With common facilities such as a pantry and handicapped accessible washrooms we are sure you will find the New Conference Centre a great improvement to the existing with numerous improvements. The Conference Centre is at no cost to our tenants and exclusively for their use.
Fitness Centre The new Fitness Centre offers our tenants a first class exercise facility with the added convenience of being onsite. The facility is for tenant use only and is available to members at a very competitive monthly rate. With cardiovascular and weight training equipment, full shower locker rooms and an aerobics training area we are sure you will find this new centre an exciting and useful addition to our building amenities and services.
Food Court Incorporating a dynamic new design, the food court has been recently  renovated and includes upgrades to the flooring, ceiling and seating,  plus new restaurant kiosks and a new interior entrance to the concourse level have been added.
